One of our warmest parkas, the hooded Stormshadow Parka uses premium 100% recycled GORE-TEX ePE face fabric, which is partially made from BIONIC(R) recycled coastal and marine plastic sourced in Costa Rica, and is insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products). Also, the fabric, membrane and DWR finishes are made without intentionally added PFAS. Made in a Fair Trade Certified(TM) factory.
Materials
- Shell: 2-layer, 3-oz 75-denier 100% recycled polyester GORE-TEX ePE face fabric, which is partially made from BIONIC(R) recycled coastal and marine plastic sourced in Costa Rica; with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish
- Lining: 2-oz 100% polyester (70% recycled) stretch taffeta with a DWR finish
- Chin guard and handwarmer pocket lining: 6.5-oz 100% recycled polyester brushed tricot
- Insulation: 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (a blend of duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from down products)
- Fabrics, membrane and DWR finishes made without intentionally added PFAS
- Fabrics are certified as bluesign(R) approved
- Made in a Fair Trade Certified(TM) factory
